    Ek is teleurgesteld in die skoonmaak van my matte.

    - die merke is nie uit nie. agterna het die werkers aan my gese dat die matte deurgeloop is.
    - Die matte is op 28/08/2010 skoongemaak. Ek het die vensters elke dag sover oopgemaak. Dit ruik nog steeds sleg.
    - die werkers het die kombuiswasbak gebruik vir vuil water , dit net so agtergelaat, en papiere neergegooi wat ek later moes optel.

    Good day.
    I am discussed with the client service of OK. Our church has purchased carpets and had it fitted by them as well December a year ago. 1stly it was measured incorrectly. Then the fitting was done poorly. After many complaints, phone calls and visits to the store (Carletonville branch) and promises to fix the mistakes still nothing has been done. The strips for carpets at the Baptismal pool was apparently not “specified nor quoted” with the original price, according to me such things are automatically included. A couple of years ago I had carpets done by the OK and I did not need to tell them were they had to put strips nor was it expected from me to pay for it separately. The carpets are starting to fray out and I am sure OK would not replace this. I was the one suggesting that the church go to the OK instead of any other company and I must say I am very sorry that I had suggested it.
    I really hope something can be done about this. OK has received their money but the church still sit with the mess~up.
